The main areas of responsibility include:

- Deputising in the absence of the Store Manager
- Providing leadership for the team to ensure a world-class customer experience
- Being responsible for the day to day running of shifts
- Executing store operations including promotional activity
- Driving sales and profitability targets
- Playing an important role in partner development and coaching
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards.

As a Starbucks Partner you’ll have 30% discount at our stores along with other freebies and discounts You’ll also be given the opportunity to enter the Starbucks Barista Championships where you’ll be able to showcase your coffee art skills.

If you feel ready to begin your management career and join an exceptional team then we would love to hear from you. Previous supervisory experience, along with a flexible approach to days and hours worked is essential, however full training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00 per hour
