Accompanied Viewer

Address Properties are a busy and growing lettings agency looking for a confident and enthusiastic Accompanied Viewer to join our team. **Experience is essential, ideally in a similar lettings or sales-based role where you’ve had to build a rapport and confidently persuade or influence others.**

**About the Role**:
You will be responsible for accompanying prospective tenants on residential and student property viewings, providing a professional and friendly first impression of our agency. You’ll gather and log feedback, liaise with landlords to negotiate rental terms, and work closely with our internal team to help secure successful lets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accompany prospective tenants on scheduled viewings
- Deliver excellent customer service and property knowledge during viewings
- Collect and log detailed feedback for landlords and the lettings team
- Communicate tenant interest and negotiate rental terms where required
- Liaise effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth letting process
- Represent the brand professionally at all times
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, friendly, and proactive approach
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A keen eye for detail and good organisational skills
- A full UK driving licence and own vehicle (preferred but not essential)
