About the Role

This is a full-time role covering both sales and lettings. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting property viewings
• Carrying out routine inspections on vacant properties

Hours and Salary

• Salary: Negotiable based on experience
• Working Pattern: 5 days per week (would consider 4 days), including every Saturday with a weekday off in lieu
• Hours: 8 hours per day on weekdays, 6 hours on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays, bank holidays, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience:

• Background in property (doesn't have to be estate agency specifically)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Personal Qualities:

• A great sense of humour and passion for property
• Professional and approachable
• Highly organised with excellent time management
• Able to work independently
