Opportunity
Do you have experience of processing B2B customer orders and providing an exceptional level of customer service?
Currently recruiting on an ongoing temporary basis, with the view to possibly converting to a permanent position for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator.
The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for transactional PO flow for customer orders, from receipt through to the purchasing of products to suppliers.
A role that requires interaction with customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal staff to ensure a smooth and accurate supply flow.
The Customer Service Coordinator role provides an opportunity to work for a large and successful organisation with excellent pay, and parking on site.
Main Duties:

- Management of suppliers for the transactional flow of purchase orders and stock
- Raising PO's and tracking order progression
- Raising of customer orders and liaising with customers and suppliers
- Ensure efficient processing with Supply Chain, booking of deliveries, accuracy of documentation
- Managing team mailbox and call flow
We are looking for someone who:

- Is confident and able to communicate at different levels
- Has high attention to detail
- Has intermediate knowledge of IT packages, particularly Excel, SAP experience an advantage
- Can think outside the box and take action
