**£13.15 ph - £13.85 (COMPETITIVE PAY DOE)**

**Holiday pay**

**You will be required to work various shifts and days so please let us know your availability during the interview.**

**A typical day shift would be 10 am - 5 pm and the evening would be 4 pm - 12 am**

**The role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Setting up and breaking down of event spaces, including chairs tables and other equipment.
- Assisting with the loading in and out of equipment, furniture, food, drink and other supplies.
- Keeping BOH spaces clean and organised during the event, fire exits in particular.
- Ensuring all H & S practises are followed BOH during an event.
- Assisting the chefs in preparing plates, bread baskets etc.
- Packing up of all items ready to be loaded back on to vehicles at the end of the event.
- Positive attitude, and willing to take instruction from management.
