- Experience with Photoshop / InDesign / Illustrator / GIMP / CANVA or similar
- Past work experience in marketing or admin is desired

**Responsibilities: split over two functions**
- **Marketing**:_
- Creating posters for food related theme days / meal promos.
- Creating flyers for parent tasters, cooking workshops.
- Developing Company materials, i.e. menu templates, mascots, food concepts.
- Composing and posting online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
- Assisting in the design/distribution of termly newsletters to clients & kitchens.
- Producing marketing literature to strengthen the company’s presence in the school catering market
- Creating company tender documents for prospective contracts.
- **Administrative**:_
- Online management of job postings and vacancies
- Answering the telephone.
- Managing company monitoring spreadsheets, including staff absences, training, etc.
- Updating company policy documents.
- Other
