**The Role**
Assisting the Business Manager in motivating the team and ensuring the smooth running of the branch, you’ll bring a friendly, helpful, honest and efficient approach to getting properties and generating sales.
It’s a busy, dynamic role that will also see you go beyond ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive experience, to looking ahead to seeing how the branch can operate even more efficiently. You’ll also help and support staff training and development.
You’ll also be confident and comfortable when setting up to deputise for the Business Manager when needed. This is where you’ll be supported and encouraged to develop your passion for property into a worthwhile, progressive career.

Whether your experience in property is at Assistant Business/ Branch Manager level or you’re looking to take a step up, this is an excellent opportunity to enjoy fresh professional challenge, working for a highly ethical business that put the customer atthe heart of what they do.
In return for your hard work you will receive a very competitive basic salary plus an opportunity to substantially increase your basic with an excellent commission structure, OTE £40k.
