Join us in shaping sustainable communities. **Job Purpose** To support the Commercial Director with all administrative duties from taking calls, managing diary, report writing, submission of legal documents and overall supporting business growth. **Key Duties**: - Work closely with the Commercial Director and Knotweed Eradication team to ensure we deliver on all tender commitments and associated projects across all sites. - Being the backbone of the team to ensure we have complete control of all contract related elements - Data analysis and interpretation to produce reports from site surveys for commercial and domestic clients. - Coordinating multiple tasks with differing deadlines and differing stakeholders - Attention to detail in everything you do, from writing, to planning, to reporting. - Proactive forward-thinking approach with the initiative to think outside the box. This role requires someone with the creativity to take ownership over the duties. - Preparing invoicing information for clients. - Screening calls for the Commercial Director, information gathering and building rapport with clients. - Supporting all aspects of the business including working alongside the landscaping division to assist with preparation and delivery of tenders.
