**Job Description**:
The UK Sales and Marketing Manager, reporting directly to the Regional MD, is responsible for continuing to drive services revenue growth, in the UK and Asia territory.
The UK Sales and Marketing Manager will lead the entire regional sales team, working with the virtual team including Alliances, Pre-Sales (Solution Architect’s) and Consulting experts across the territory.
**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:
- Continue to lead, motivate and drive the sales team (circa 17 employees to success)
- Think both strategically and tactically to drive new business and grow the business
- Be engaged working with key customers where required, and support the sales team in driving new business/upselling and supporting large transactions
- Be involved in growing the team, hiring and selecting the right individuals to drive the business forward
- Presenting at key prospect/customer events to drive market awareness, and ultimately sales for the product and services portfolio
- Responsible for ensuring that the marketing for the territory results in successful outcomes

**Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills**:
- Demonstrable experience and track record leading and motivating team’s (particularly sales teams) within fast growing startup businesses
- Experience leading teams across a wide Geography within UK
- Deep understanding of the regional market with strong client and partner relationships
- Ability to support/drive strategic account planning across the customer base
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
