Working within our Compliance department, the Compliance Administrator will assist in organising safety and technical records used in statutory reporting and performance management, cross-referencing all reports that are generated, ensuring that all relevantrecords on the company database are accurate and maintained in a timely way.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring records are maintained in a consistent manner by accurately updating records into the Lowri Beck database.
- Review records reports and providing summary reports on any discrepancies.
- Ongoing maintenance of Technical Bulletins and Incident Review administration.
- Using Excel spreadsheets and other data sources to provide performance reports to the business.
- Ad hoc duties requested by the Technical Support Management team

**What we are looking for**
- 2 years’ experience within an administrative role maintaining accurate records, and ideally updating information within databases. Any prior experience within an administration role supporting field-based processes would be advantageous.
- Have a basic understanding of gas and electrical standards and the importance of maintaining accurate records.
- Computer literate with ability to operate Microsoft Office and learn new systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisation and administration skills with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team.
