**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, document preparation, and record keeping.
- Utilise Google Suite for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with procurement when necessary.
- Support financial tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Organise travel arrangements and itineraries for team members as needed.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed is crucial.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills will be highly valued.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
