**About the Role***

As a Operational Data Controller, you will report directly to The Therapy Service Manager. To assist the Operational team with the daily running of Therapy Planned Care. To assist the operational team with administration tasks. Provide additional functional support for the SMT and operational team as required. Overall management of regular data collation and submission.

**Your Day to Day***
- Assisting MD, HOO, TSM and Regional Manager Team with Operational administrative duties.
- Management of shared drive folders for Therapy.
- To manage diary schedules for all clinical staff
- To manage HMP invoice checking in collaboration with prison data team
- Assisting with the Joiners and leavers process and liaising with recruitment /HR team
- Collation of KPI information under direction of service manager and HOO
- Collation and distribution of weekly/monthly/quarterly statistical analysis for all services and work alongside BI team to resolve issues and ensure smooth process.
- Attending meetings at the request of the operations team, managing meeting minutes/agendas/other papers.
- Collating contractual information for renewals, contract extensions and mobilisations of new contracts.
- Booking travel needs, meeting rooms as required
- Any other operational support required by SMT

**Qualification, Experience & Training***
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Packages
- A level or equivalent
- Good written and spoken English
- Experience communicating with people in a professional capacity
- Knowledge of producing reports on excel and excel operations.
- Reasonable understanding of finance
