Contract Scotland has an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s largest house builders as a New Homes Sales Advisor.
You will be based in and around the West Lothian on a full time, permanent basis delivering excellent customer services and to guide the customer through the ‘new homes’ purchasing process. This would suit an existing Sales Adviser or a proactive, process driven person with good communication skills.

The role itself will involve:

- Ensuring that the general presentation of the site and that of the sales complex is maintained to a high standard.
- Ensuring that outstanding customer service is delivered throughout the customer journey
- Guide potential purchasers around show homes, stock plots and site to fully demonstrate the product
- Liaise with purchases, solicitors and financial advisers on a regular basis.
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience of working within a face to face sales environment
- Experience of working as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder is desirable
- Computer literate (knowledge of Microsoft Office packages)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Full UK Drivers License
- Willing to be flexible in respect to day to day duties and hours worked.
- Lone working, dependant on site.
- Able to work weekends and bank holidays

In return you will get a salary of £22,000- £23,000 with uncapped commission and additional company benefits.

Contract Scotland acts as an employment agency for permanent work and acts as an employment business for temporary work.
