**What you will be doing...**
- Based at **Luton Airport**and reporting to the **Ground Operations Training Manager**, the **Ground Operations Trainer** will be **responsible** for providing classroom **training**, **support** and **coaching** to** Front of House/Passenger Service Agent & Dispatch colleague**s in order to ensure they are working and operating in accordance with our **safety culture**and** brand**philosophy.

**What will I do as A Ground Operations Trainer?**
- I**dentify**and **analyse**individual** training**and **development** needs, making recommendations in line with the **Behavioural Framework**.
- Be responsible for the **delivery** of **coaching** and **support** for all front of house Teams, ensuring training is tailored to individual requirements.
- As part of the Training Team, you will be responsible for the **design** and **development** of initial and **recurrent** training for all Front of House Teams to support them to achieve the highest **performance** standards.
- This is a varied and fulfilling role and will play a vital part in ensuring we achieve our Safety and Customer Satisfaction targets. This role is available on a full time (40 hours per week) basis. Working hours are rostered and will include early starts and weekend working to support the delivery of on the job coaching and training.
- Have some **experience**of **coaching** and/or **training delivery**, either on an individual basis or in a classroom environment.
- Be able to share your** knowledge**as well as be able to **engage** and **influence** others.
- Be** passionate**about** training**and **developing** others and be able to engage with the wider Operational Teams.
