The ultimate goal is to deliver a high level of customer service at all times and present a consistent 'face of SHL’ to customers on a global basis
**Key Accountabilities**:
-You will be accountable for the initial research and investigation prior to escalating unresolved issues to the Regional Service Team (RST) through the use of the RST portal and to monitor progress through to resolution, keeping Line Managers informed
- You will assist the SHL Technology teams in the testing of online products and will perform outbound courtesy calls to Customers as required
- Your system knowledge will be maintained through ongoing training & Development.
- There may be other duties as instructed by your line manager or Team Leader

**What are we looking for?**
You will be working in a similar role currently or have a strong interest in technology and perhaps some customer service experience. You will have excellent written and verbal communications and be comfortable working under pressure to deliver results andachieve targets.
You are likely to have some systems knowledge, particularly knowledge of the windows operating system plus familiarity in Word, Excel, Outlook and internet related issues.
A secondary language would be beneficial but not essential.
Full training will be offered plus competitive salary and benefits package.
