**Administrator Responsibilities**:
- General Administration Work
- Mailbox Monitoring - Dealing with shared helpdesk Inbox.
- Data Entry
- Taking telephones and directing to relevant department
- Ordering materials and office supplies upon instruction
- Setting appointments and closing down jobs when they are completed on a maintenance portal
- Mail sorting
**Administrator Requirements**:
- Excellent IT Skills
- Proven office experience

GB Maintenance are a multi-trade maintenance company carrying out reactive and planned maintenance, serving clients across London, Surrey and M25 surrounding areas. Our office is based in Morden.
**Hours of Work**: 9AM - 5.30PM Monday to Friday
**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Location**: Morden, Surrey
**Salary**: £20,000 to £23,000 per year
