**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced, ambitious and forward thinking product professional to join us as Head of Product at an exciting point of our growth.

As Head of Product at Strive you will assume full responsibility for the product department, working closely with the SVP Operations to shape the vision and future success of Strive’s product offering.

Managing a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, you will oversee day-to-day operations within the product area to create and deliver world-class products that delight our customers.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Product Strategy - Develop and execute a product strategy aligned to the company goals and objectives. Identify opportunities, customer needs and perform competitor analysis to inform the product roadmap and prioritise initiatives
- Team Leadership - Build a high performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability. Provide support and guidance to empower all team members to achieve their potential.
- Product Development - Responsibility for the end-to-end product development process, ensuring product are delivered on time, within budget and the highest quality
- User Experience (UX) - Champion user-centric design and best practices to create a great player experience
- Technology Integration - Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate new technologies which can enhance our product offering. Have your finger on the pulse with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain our competitive advantage
- Performance Analysis - Use data to measure the performance and effectiveness of our products. Identify opportunities for enhancements and optimisation based on user feedback, market trends and business objectives
- Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments. Communicate product updates, milestones and priorities to key stakeholders.
- Regulatory Compliance - Stay informed about relevant regulations and industry standards related to iGaming. Ensure that our products comply with all relevant regulatory requirements.

**What you’ll need**:

- 3+ years experience working in a Product role the iGaming industry
- A proven track record of successfully launching innovative iGaming products from concept to market
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to identify improvements and take ownership of problems
- Experience of managing and leading a team
- Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies and product management tools (we use JIRA)
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the iGaming industry
- A passion for and genuine desire to deliver a great player experience
