Commercial Plumber with NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing - W1 area of central London -close to Savile Row + Carnaby St.

- £42,800 per annum

- Monday to Friday - Days
**All Applicants must have the following**:
- ** NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing**:
- Commercial Plumbing maintenance and repair experience
- Experience in building water temperature testing (legionnaires testing)
- Experience in basic maintenance and repair (wiring a plug, assembling a cabinet, etc)
**Main Duties**:
- Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance and repair.
- Testing water temperature of building
- Occasional plumbing installation work
- General plumbing duties.
- Straightforward maintenance and repair such as assembling a cabinet, wiring a plug, painting a wall etc
- Central London - W1 area close to Savile Row + Carnaby St.
**Permanent full time job - £42,800 per annum**
