Dawson Levy are proud to be recruiting for a Commercial Plumber in the London area.

**The Position** is for a Commercial Plumber with HIU experience to work over the London area on domestic and commercial systems.

**The Client** are a leading plumbing and Heating contractor who works across domestic and commercial sites all over the UK, they are a growing company who pride themselves on delivering the best service.

**The Job**:
The engineer will be required to work in and around the London area attending communal dwellings, you will be responsible for the service and repair of communal heating systems.

Your duties will include:

- The repair and install of commercial heating parts to communal dwelling systems
- The maintenance and installation of HIU's
- Installation and maintenance of underfloor heating systems
- Replacing thermostatic valves, pump and radiators
- Repair of pipework and attend breakdowns.
- Quoting for relevant works and replacements

Qualifications:

- NVQ Level 2/3 in plumbing and heating or equivalent.
- Experience of working with HIU's
- Full UK Driving Licence.
