We’re on the lookout for four Bookings Administrators to join our team. Dedicated to offering a work life balance, we are recruiting part-time members to split the morning and evening shifts of 5.5 hours per day and share the Saturday shifts between them to avoid working every weekend.
Become part of our vibrant office life as you will be responsible for calling our patients with existing bookings to confirm their appointments, rescheduling any consultations required, and calling to check in with those who miss appointments. You are the friendly face of Smile White to our valued patients, checking in. You will need to be understanding patients' busy lives while showing them the value of attending the consultation, so we can change their smile and their life, when it suits them. - **We’re on the lookout for people with**:_
- A minimum of two years of administrative experience, but don’t worry if not, we are keen to take on eager individuals willing to learn at this entry level role
- Confidence to engage with customers and confidently address their queries
- Exceptional communication skills and an infectious positive outlook on challenges and your day to day admin duties
- Strong ability to demonstrate phone etiquette and support all patients in booking their consultation
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel to take care of any database tasks

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
