**Who We’re Looking For**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our team to design and implement data and AI solutions for clients, balancing technical execution and client engagement.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice.
- Lead pre-sales activities, including client engagements and solution demonstrations.
- Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and project goals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data and AI, sharing insights with the team and clients.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, showcasing your knowledge and confidence.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
- Be an advocate for new technologies and methodologies within the team and to clients.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Expert Knowledge of Analytics and Data cloud platforms (with a focus on Azure).
- A solid understanding of data technologies and AI.
- Hands-on experience with tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, or similar.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership attributes - a proactive and positive attitude.
- Preferred: Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist or Azure Data Engineer Associate).

**Technical Skills**:

- Programming: Python, R, SQL.
- Data Handling: Data wrangling, modeling, cleaning, and transformation.
- Cloud Platforms: Expert with Azure Data Analytics, Azure SQL and Engineering - some experience of AWS or GCP would be beneficial but we need an Azure expert for this role
- Databases: Understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
- Big Data Technologies: Experience with Synapse and Databricks.
- AI/ML: Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms, experience with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Data Visualization: Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI.

**Anti-Discrimination Statement**:
Pay: £90,000.00-£120,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Principal/ Senior Manager Consultant: 1 year (preferred)
