We are currently seeking customer focussed **Food & Beverage team members** with a positive attitude to join our Front of House Restaurant Team. Full training will be provided.

**Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role**:

- Ensure that you have a full product knowledge of all menu items and their service.
- Maintain a high standard of service within the restaurant at all times.
- Promote sales and achieve maximum sales potential for both food and beverages
- Clear and lay tables throughout and after service
- Ensure that service areas are clean and tidy at all times.
- Carry out other duties as may be required to ensure the hotel operation is properly maintained to provide total guest satisfaction.

**OTHER**
- Performs other related tasks as assigned by management.
- Complies with Dalmahoy policies and procedures.

Shift Pattern's can include: 12pm-8:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm and 5pm-00:00am

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00 per hour
