**Alton Towers Resort are recruiting for Hotel Restaurant and Bar Assistants**

Are you currently working in hospitality but looking for a little more fun in your role? Do you like the idea of working in a theme park environment? Perhaps you are looking for a part time evening job? Well, we have a fabulous opportunity to work within our hotel operations at Atlon Towers Resort.

Alton Towers Resort has been a world-renowned haven of fun and adventure for almost 200 years Set in over 500 acres of beautiful Stafforshire countryside, the Alton Towers Resort offers 5 fantastically themed hotels/accomodation, plus over 40 world class rides and attractions.

**The Ingredients for Success**

You will be offering our hotel guests the best possible experience, serving food and drinks efficiently and be engaging in a polite and friendly manner. This is a guest facing role where you could be working in a busy environment. You will work various shifts across the week including some weekends. As the role is based within the hotel restaurants, you must be prepared to work later than park closing time.

**Pay & Benefits**

You will be working up to 40 hours per week on a seasonal variable contract, with an hourly rate of up to £12.21. You will be joining a great team, with fabulous career prospects - we LOVE to promote from within

**Your main responsibilities will include**
- Providing a high-quality dining experience through exceptional customer service
- Being responsible for the preparation and set-up of the restaurant
- Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to support guests with allergen and dietary enquiries
- Ensuring smooth and efficient table turnover within our fast-paced environment whilst providing memorable experiences for our guests
- Preapring and serving drinks on our bars
- Cashier related duties including processing orders

**Qualifications and Experience**
- No previous experience needed as we wll give you all the training you need to be the best at this role
- Flexibility in avaiability is preferred
- Good level of spoken English
- Willingness to learn and a positive can-do attitude
