**Who Does This Role Report Into? **Assistant Manager

**Role Summary / Purpose and Scope**
As Guest Experience Host you will be a key figure in the BioCity Nottingham team.

You will provide a professional, welcoming and five star greeting to all occupiers and visitors.

You will take overall responsibility for the appearance of receptions and common areas of buildings and ensure the guest experience is the best it can be at all times.

You will support the BioCity Nottingham team with general building management and co-ordinate all meeting room bookings. This includes the set-up of meeting spaces/AV equipment to client satisfaction to ensure meetings run seamlessly. You will also organise and host tenant events throughout the year

You will support and be supported by the Assistant Manager of BioCity Nottingham

**Working Hours**:08.00 - 16.30 Monday - Friday with a 30 minute unpaid lunch

**Salary Range (Based on Experience)**
£22,000 to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
