We are currently looking for Party Hosts to join us at Planet Bounce. If you are enthusiastic and love working with people, Planet Bounce could be the place for you.
We are looking for people who are friendly and enthusiastic and can help in creating an amazing experience for our guests and to also ensure all our safety and cleanliness standards are met.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Checking in guests for Parties, making sure they have a valid waiver and have correct colour wristbands
- Making sure Party Guests have an Amazing time during their party with us
- Making sure our guests are safe on the inflatable and adhering to our safety rules
- Monitor cleanliness in all customer facing areas.
- Report any problems or issues to the supervisor or manager on duty.
- Complete any other duties as and when requested by a supervisor or management.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiastic approach.
- Customer focused professional attitude to service.
- Able to deal with customers of all ages.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Able to speak confidently in front of large groups.
- Able to work weekends
**Desired But Not Essential**:
- Previous experience of working within a fast-paced leisure or customer facing role.
- Previous experience of working with children, such as a play centre or similar.
- Previous experience of working as a Party Host or similar role
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 14 per week
**Salary**: £5.28-£10.42 per hour
