Here at London’s first and only Cable Car our visitors can reach a height of 90 metres with spectacular views of London, including City Airport, The O2, Thames barrier and many more.

You will be the face of our brand and the first point of contact for visitors, so you will assist in providing them with information and help achieve targets by upselling round trip tickets, river tickets, experiences, and Magic moments.

You will help in inviting visitors to visit our Cable Car Experience, where they can visit our coffee shop, teddy mountain, VR, Selfie corner and find out about the Cable Car itself.

This is a varied role requiring you to be on different positions and working inside and outside.

You will be supporting site management with health and safety issues, queue management, Emergency incidents, First Aid and Fire Marshalling.

**Experience**:

- Experience of working in a customer facing environment
- Excellent Communication
- Ability to use IT systems including Microsoft Word and Excel Confidently.
- Cash Handling
- Able to work on your own using your initiative and working well within a team.
- Desirably have experience in a Visitor Attraction.
- Desirably be First Aid Trained

**Working Pattern**
- Full time
- Working any 5 over 7 and working weekends, bank holidays and a variety of different shift times. We are open daily and so flexibility will be needed. We require applicants to be over 18 years of age.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £24,856.00 per year
