Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be in partnership with a fantastic Not-for-Profit organisation, operating on a national scale, providing a service that makes a real difference to the lives of individuals in need. They are search of talented Finance Assistant to join their friendly team at their Head Office in Rotherham.

The main duties of this role include:

- Maintenance of the sales, purchase and nominal ledgers
- Bank reconciliation
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Payroll administration for external clients
- Assisting with the payment runs
- Cash allocation
- Preparing VAT returns
- General office administrative duties (e.g. staffing the telephone, dealing with icoming and outgoing post, monitoring Outlook mailboxes)
- Experience of working in a Finance Team, and accounts functions
- Excellent IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Good communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience of relevant accounting software (Sage 200, and Sage Payroll) is desirable

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
