We are currently seeking a highly organised **Administrator** to join an already established team in Newry.
This is a replacement role and involves the administration of the organisation’s accredited training function, which includes the NEBOSH, IOSH and CSR training schemes.
**Duties will include, but not be limited to**:
- Liaising with clients, providing information on training courses and facilitating the booking process.
- Ordering, preparing and payment of course materials
- Supporting learners through their training journey - offering advice and help throughout
- Complying with external awarding bodies strict procedures, protocols and deadlines ensuring all information is accurately recorded. This may include:
- Notifying course events
- Registering learners
- Uploading confidential data and information to external portals
- Submitting course assessment results and
- Managing the distribution of course certification upon account - upon account reconciliation.
- Coordinating trainers
- Arranging examinations and invigilators
- Providing weekly updates to the Operations Manager on progress of department management, including KPI achievement.
- Providing general support to colleagues, and clients.
- Keeping up to date with sectoral changes including, course materials and provision, to ensure business compliance and maintain high service standards.
- Other reasonable duties as identified by management
This demanding, yet rewarding role, requires a highly motivated team member who can work independently and methodically, working under pressure to meet deadlines.
**Experience, Knowledge and Skills**
- Minimum of 2+ years’ administrative experience in a similar role in a fast-paced office environment or demonstrable transferable experience and skills
- GCSE Maths and English grade C or above OR equivalent qualification
- Completed a course of study in Business and Finance, Office Administration or related discipline at post GCSE level or above

**Salary**:To be discussed at interview. A competitive administrative salary will be offered based on the level of experience detailed within this job specification.
