**Lead Consultant / Senior Consultant - Legal**

LONDON CENTRAL (HYBRID)

We are on the hunt for an experienced recruitment consultant coming with a background of responsibility and success within **Legal Recruitment**

**It is important to highlight that this is an operation of a very established service and people driven recruitment business with a very stable senior team, solid foundations and an enviable reputation. We have met with and placed with this client and have always had amazing feedback about what its actually like working for them. We love them and you will too**

With inspirational & supportive people focused Directors in place to develop you further, they are seeking the right next hire that will be a great culture add and hopefully go on to be a senior and trusted member of the senior team.

**You will need to bring a solid set of results and ability to nurture and win business with your personable EQ driven approach.**

**Base 45k ++ (genuinely negotiable for the right person that can add personal and business value to a great bunch of recruiters ) **+ wealth of benefits, WFH Hybrid, strong commission, ongoing mentorship and a positive, diverse and inclusive culture

**Salary**: £38,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
