Senior Lease Car Officer

To work as a senior member of a team responsible for the administration of Health Board’s Lease Car Scheme(s) and administration of the ESR input for Salary Sacrifice Lease Cars on an All Wales basis. To monitor the Scheme(s) ensuring compliance with the All Wales Pool & Lease Car Policy, NWSSP SLA, Health Board’s Standing Financial Instructions, relevant Financial and Quality Control Procedures, Health Board protocol, Agenda for Change and M&D Conditions of Service, Data Protection Act 1998, Freedom of Information Act and other statutory and contractual arrangements.
To investigate and resolve complicated issues relating to Lease Car queries and to provide advice on such matters.
To supervise and actively assist with the process of training junior members of staff within the section.
To administer all duties associated with providing a first class service for the Health Board’s Lease Car Scheme in a professional manner.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
