**Information about the role**:

- Responsible for aftersales customers and the experience they receive during their visits
- Respond to incoming enquiries, making bookings where required
- To ensure customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of the department
- Maintain efficient communication with customers
- Exceed customer expectations
- Upselling where appropriate
- Accurate maintenance of records

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
- Efficient, courteous individuals that enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
- Professional and friendly approach
