**Your role at Orbit.**

Multi sited role across the Lower Midlands area, we are looking for a customer focused individual to provide excellent service to customers in supported housing accommodation. You will cover schemes over a broad patch, so own transport will be key. You will work proactively with managing agents, be confident to lead multi agency meetings and be the main point of contact for support providers in the area.

You will work to ensure the schemes and properties are managed in line with policy and procedure. You will work to maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external networks. Own transport will be required to travel as needed.

Travel will focus regularly on the Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire area (mileage paid) with some additional need to travel toward the East. The Supported Housing team work together to ensure support across whole portfolio. Overnight stays will be covered.

- Understanding of Supported housing, some experience of contract management / working with external agencies.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong customer focus to negotiate and resolve customers
- Advocate of Independent Living
- Good PC skills and competent with MS Office.
- Own transport
