Job Title: Senior Support Worker

Location: Derby

Pay: PAYE: £13.39 per hour - Umbrella: £17.80 per hour

Requirements: Must have an enhanced DBS and a clean driving license, with access to a car.

Servoca Resourcing Solutions are looking for a Senior Support Worker to create an impact on service users for a social justice charity based in Derby. This will be completed by managing the direction of housing related support and services.

Skills/Experience:

- Experience of working and communicating with external partners in the Criminal Justice System.
- Be able to create functioning relationships with the Ministry of Justice and HMPPS.
- Previous experience of being able to support, lead, and guide a team as well as creating a staffing team.
- Must hold a valid UK passport with access to a car.

**Duties**:

- Direct the provision of housing related support and management services.
- Working with relevant support teams.
- Liasing with range of external agencies and partners.
- Coaching and supporting an existing team, leading them by example in accountability.
