**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support residents in daily living activities such as meal preparation and feeding.
- Help maintain accurate care plans and documentation for each resident.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to care provision.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents by adhering to health and safety standards.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively.
- Basic IT skills for maintaining records and documentation.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds are essential qualities for this role.
