**Night Replenishment Manager - Night Replenishment Administration Leader**

**Location **-Gatwick Airport (terminal tbc)

**Pay **- competitive annual salary plus excellent benefits

**Contract **- 38.5 hours per week, full time, permanent

**Working pattern** - 3 days on, 3 days off, between the hours of 6pm - 6am, which will be discussed at interview. Please note our roles are on a rolling rota, and days do change every week. You will be provided with your rota 4 weeks in advance.

**Replenishment Managers** have a very important role to play in our stores, driving an **efficient replenishment and merchandising operation** through the development of a highly effective team.

**Your responsibilities** will be to:

- Recruit, motivate and develop staff to achieve their potential.
- Ensure all team members are assigned responsibilities to maximise productivity to meet deadlines.
- Carry out regular team briefings to keep team aware of business targets and objectives.
- Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service while front of house.
- Lead the replenishment team to deliver an efficient service of replenishment and visual merchandising that achieves an exceptional customer service experience.

**What do you need, to be a Replenishment Manager at World Duty Free?**
- Experience in successfully managing a team within a retail customer service and sales environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to articulate in clear manner in English to all levels of the organisation.
- Customer focused and able to engage and influence internal and external customers.
- Self-motivated, passionate, enthusiastic and an effective team member/ leader.
