Marketing Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team
based in our Mayfair headquarter to help maximize the Company’s profits through developing
marketing strategies that match our customers’ requirements and by promoting our products,
services and ideas in a professional and efficient manner in line with the company’s values, mission
and operational plan.
ADAM Grooming Atelier is an upscale male grooming brand which was founded in the UK in 2015.
Over the last few years the brand has seen dramatic growth and now has 13 stores across some of
London's most prestigious areas including but not limited to Mayfair, London's Shard and Canary
Wharf as well as a store in the US in NYC. Most recently added to the portfolio is a concession
within London's famous Harrods department store.
The Adam brand has become synonymous with luxury and indulgence, with accolades to its name
such as the World's Best Male Grooming Salon in 2019 by the World Spa Awards. The ADAM
Collection of hair and skincare range was also launched in 2020 adding exquisite products made
with essential oils to enhance the client experience.

Key responsibilities will include but are not restricted to:

- To help shape and deliver strong implementation of effective and profitable

marketing plans
- To help generate exciting brand partnerships and execution ideas to drive sales

performance.
- To support our brand presence across social media channels.
- To act as the main point of contact for all Marketing queries
- Build awareness for our barber salons; liaising with all relevant internal departments

within the business
- To generate revenue and build brand integrity for ADAM Grooming Atelier and its 13 branches by executing the annual marketing plan, including public relations, e-marketing, direct mail, advertising and collateral plans with the Managing Director and

the Head of Operations.
- This includes but is not limited to being a key contact for - the third party Public

Relations and Web development agencies, and execution of communications to customers, maintaining relationships with key vendors and being an ambassador for the brand with regard to media requests.
- To demonstrate superior writing and editing skills, and the ability to effectively

communicate the barber shops’ stories.
- To ensure cohesive short and long-term media strategies are in place and reflect the

goals and objectives of ADAM Grooming Atelier.
- To develop and execute strategic media, social media and communications programs
to promote sales opportunities for the group, transient, catering markets.
- To research, create, edit, and get approval of releases, and to manage follow-up with
media of all announcements, packages, news etc.
- To develop and place local market stories around the city featuring ADAM Grooming
Atelier.
- In conjunction with the Owner Managing Director and Head of Operations, to act as a
spokesperson for ADAM Grooming Atelier.
- To supervise and track media monitoring.
- To write and proofread creative copy
- To conduct research and analyse data to identify and define audiences
- To manage and update all media lists / database.
- To oversee website for ADAM Grooming Atelier.
- To oversees packages, collateral, invitations for ADAM Grooming Atelier.
- To create / revamp press kit, releases on special services, packages, amenities.
- To co-manage multiple partnerships including third party public relations agencies,

marketing agencies, internet companies, printers, etc. Qualifications
- Strong Marketing knowledge
- Minimum 3 years previous Marketing experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident & Enthusiastic
- Punctual

Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Mayfair, London
Hours: Part-time, 3 days a week, 24 hours per week

**Salary**: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum pro-rata
Benefits: 28 days paid holiday pro-rata
