**What is the opportunity?**

As a PA, you will have the skill and experience to integrate yourself into our organisation quickly and have strong relationship skills that can influence outcomes across all stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be reporting to the London Operations Manager and will have the following key responsibilities:

- Pro-active multiple diary organisation and inbox management
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining calendar details, setting reminders for meetings and highlighting tasks.
- Client onboarding, building client and Principal relationships on behalf of the Regional Partners.
- Client meeting preparation and client attendance support.
- Liaising with other members of staff and external parties such as; Clients, Principals, Partners, Sponsors, Accounts, Marketing and Legal for projects and new/existing client continuity.
- Formatting and editing reports.
- Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants.
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records. CRM updates and input.
- Managing internal and external correspondence.
- Organising regional team meetings, events and webinars, including venue sourcing, preparing facilities, help plan and deliver events, agendas and meeting action follow ups.
- Observing best business practices and etiquette
- Ad hoc and Administrative duties when requested

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- 2+ years PA/EA experience
- Advanced user of Microsoft office (Experience of Office 365 also an advantage)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively on behalf of multiple individuals
- Personable, team player and ability to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Comfortable communicating at all levels
- Confidentiality, attention to detail and great organizational skills

**Requirements**:

- Ability to travel into London on occasion; expenses covered by the CFO Centre
