Whilst we always look back on our history and story with pride, the story is still evolving and recently we have been growing our digital capabilities to ensure the Nando’s experience remains relevant to modern-day customers.

The Customer Team plays a pivotal role in helping us to reach our audiences to drive customers into our restaurants and digital channels.

- Able to manage your time effectively and know when to say no or ask for help.
- Able to ask for open feedback, listen and take appropriate actions to course correct.
- Someone who wants to show up as the best version of you at work.
- Inspiring. What can we learn from you as much as what can you learn from us.

We’re committed to creating an inclusive and respectful culture for all; including our existing and future Nandocas, partners and suppliers, customers and the communities we are a part of.
