**Job Advert**:
**Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our incredible team in St Leonards on Sea. We have permanent part time positions available, 30 hours per week**

This is a supported Living Service where 7 people share their house. There are 3 gentleman and 4 ladies who enjoy living together and living life to the full. You will provide high-quality, flexible support to individuals with learning disabilities and your role is to help people live as independently as possible and to enjoy a great life.

**What we're looking for**:

- A genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

**Contract options**:

- Part-time: 30 hours per week

.Relief/Bank: zero hour contract

**_There is also a sleep-in available where you will_**_ receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70._
