Software Tester

Systems Analyst / Software Tester - Permanent - Telford

L & C Consulting are recruiting with a well-known and respected Telford organisation for a new Systems Analyst / Software Tester to join them on a permanent basis. The role comes with the potential to work from home on a hybrid basis as well as from the Telford office and there is also flexibility on the working hours (37.5, Mon - Fri).

Working within a small team & reporting into the Systems Project Manager, duties will include (but not be limited to):

- System analysis
- End to end testing of new software and apps
- Work closely with various internal teams and external developer
- Identify inconsistencies and bugs within system and provide relevant reports
- Track and manage resolutions
- New system improvements
- Technical support

To be considered for this excellent opportunity in Telford, applicants MUST either have experience in a relevant position or be a recent graduate (in Computer Science or similar) and be looking to gain practical experience.

You’ll be well organised, IT literate and have good communication and customer service skills.

Hours of work are flexible, Monday - Friday, between 08:00 - 18:00 (37.5 hours per week). The role comes with a superb package including generous holiday allowance, great pension, hybrid working hours and base, discounts and perks.

The site is accessible on public transport from most parts of Telford, though it is also accessible from Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Shifnal, Ironbridge, Newport and Telford etc
