As our Field Care Supervisor, you'll be the maestro orchestrating a symphony of care, ensuring our clients receive top-notch support. If you've got the skills, the heart, and a dash of pizzazz, this role is tailor-made for you
**Responsibilities - Your Time to Shine**:
- Be the Care Conductor: Lead and support your team of care rockstars to deliver outstanding performances in clients' homes.
- Care Choreographer: Create personalized care plans that dance to the rhythm of clients' needs, collaborating with healthcare professionals to keep the show going.
- Home Visit Maestro: Swing by for regular visits to ensure our clients are getting the VIP care treatment, and everything's jazzy according to plan.
- Star in Client Support: Take the stage as the go-to contact for clients, families, and healthcare pros, solving issues with a flair that deserves a standing ovation.
- New Starter Guru: Help welcome new care assistants to the spotlight, scheduling meet and greets, and making sure they hit all the right notes.
