**Salary**:£29,000 + depending on experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Demonstrate an integral involvement in delivering graduate/ undergraduate and apprentice recruitment activities
- Manage the hiring manager relationship from initial vacancy consultation until first day readiness
- Conduct relevant assessment centre preparation
- Develop strong understanding of processes and deliverables within the team
- Support the sourcing team to build and maintain an effective and live talent pool

**Your skills and experiences**:
**Essential**
- Knowledge of the end to end recruitment process with experience of recruiting high volume campaigns as well as unique roles and the variances in between
- Experience of delivering to and working with service level agreements and service definitions in line with agreed HR policies
- Proven ability of challenging and influencing at all levels, improving customer perception through delivery of contractual measures and excellent service
- Ability to understand and champion the importance of data integrity, timely and accurate reporting and uses this information to run efficient processes

**Desirable**
- Experience of Early Careers recruitment
- Excellent IT skills, in particular applicant tracking systems
