**The Role: Marketing Executive**

- Working closing with the Head of Marketing to support the practical execution of our marketing plans for increasing brand awareness of Lost Shore Surf Resort. You'll contribute to, and develop, creative and engaging marketing campaigns for the resort's overall marketing strategy to help drive revenue targets.

**Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Development**:Assist in the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns to promote the resort’s opening and ongoing activities. This includes the development of print materials including our brand leaflet/brochure.

**Content Creation**: Assist the Social Media Manager with developing engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, including e-newsletters, website, social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and promotional materials, to attract and retain customers.

**Website Updates and Maintenance**: Regularly update and maintain the resort's website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and engaging. Monitor and report on website performance in Google Analytics and make improvements to enhance user experience and SEO.

**Market Research**:Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights that inform marketing strategies**.**

**Advertising**:Coordinate with the team to plan and implement advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and traditional media.

**Media Coordination**:Assist in organising promotional events, influencer & journalist/media visits, photoshoots and community engagement activities to build brand awareness and attract visitors.

**Analytics and Reporting**:Track and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, preparing regular reports to measure effectiveness and guide future campaigns.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in hospitality, travel, or leisure
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and content marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations- Experience in setting up and running PPC and Meta advertising campaigns is desirable- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics & CRM/e-newsletter systems, creative design tools for advert/collateral design projects
