Are you an enthusiastic Customer Advisor looking to join a busy office in Slough? A luxury automotive dealer based in Slough is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team.

**The Role**:

- The Customer Advisor role will include.
- Working with the office manager?
- Liaise with customers, insurance companies and vehicle technicians to answer questions, document issues and report back on the progress of vehicle servicing and outcomes
- Provide updates on progress of vehicles, repair costs and extent of damages.
- Resolving customer complaints after repair services are offered

**What we are looking for in a Customer Advisor**:

- Prior customer service experience.
- Ability to prioritise and an ability to multitask to problem solve.?
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills for connecting with customers and staff??
- You will be confident and proficient in the use of Outlook Office.
