Pan Pacific London is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. You are dedicated to providing exceptional care while demonstrating great pride and attention to detail in your work. **About the Role**

The Front Desk Agent is a central part of the Front Office Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience. As the first and last impression of the Hotel, this high-profile department carries a special responsibility. The Front Office is also the natural place where guests’ direct comments, questions, suggestions and concerns.

The Front Desk Agent also has an interest in our wellbeing floor where He/she could also be assisting guests throughout the day when needed. The main objective is also to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival, information gathering and departure experience on the wellbeing floor.
