Here at Cordant People we are recruiting for Production Operative to work for a client of ours in Monmouth on a full time Temporary contract.
**Main Job roles**:

- Process customer orders in an efficient, safe manner.
- Maintain service levels within the dispatch department.
- Focused on achieving the highest standards of individual and team performance.
- Carry out tasks to enable the business to meet its performance commitments regarding acknowledged delivery dates to our customers.
- Work to the Standard Operating Procedure and ensure compliance is maintained at all times.
- To ensure the company’s standards are followed and met.
- To meet any KPI’s set by the business.
- To attend to other duties, from time to time, as reasonably requested by your manager.
- Picking and Packing
- General Warehouse duties

**Skills**:

- High attention to detail.
- Self motivated
- Physically fit.
- Experience in fast paced manufacturing
This role will be working days regular from 7am-3pm Monday to Thursday and 7am-12 on a Friday
