**Your Role**:

- Tackle customer queries including spare part requests, returns, cases, and claims.
- Chase up couriers and be the delivery hero our customers need.
- Handle multiple queries across various marketplaces, whilst maintaining Monster's infamous tone of voice and high customer service expectations.
- Offer unique solutions for our amazing customers.

**Work Schedule**:

**Experience**:

- Customer service experience is a plus, but not a must. We believe in learning on the job

**Location**:

- Our offices near Sheriff Hutton (YO60) are your headquarters, so having your own transport is essential.

Pay: £23,810.00-£24,124.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- York YO60 6PG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
