Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant to join our passionate and driven team in South West.

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- To have basic knowledge of multi-disciplined trades
- Landscaping duties including weeding, power washing, gritting, grass cutting and tree maintenance
- General building repairs
- Provide support to other in house trades or complete other trade tasks, where deemed competent including minor plumbing repairs, tilling, painting and decorating and wet trades.
- Support project teams refurbishment works
- Support site engineer in undertaking maintenance works including legionella checks and building fabric maintenance.
- Escort suppliers around the site

**About You**:

- Experience In General Building Trades
- CSCS Skills card.
- Previous experience working within the FM environment.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Previous experience working within building maintenance, projects and minor works environment.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Full disclosure is a contractual requirement.

**This role will require Disclosure Scotland Clearance. A baseline or other similar security clearance may also be required.**
