We are delighted to be recruiting for a Personnel Logistics Coordinator to join our close-knit team based in Great Yarmouth on a full time, permanent basis.

This role will be joining our ever-growing rail division within the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and induction of new temporary workers / contractors
- Liaising with clients to discuss current / upcoming requirements
- Full on-boarding process for all new starters including full sponsorship, GDPR forms, registration forms, checking of RTW documentation, IR35 determinations and certification checks
- Mobilising trades including Blasters, Painters, Inspectors and Sprayers all across the UK; roles can include working on bridges, possession orders, Network Rail contracts and covering the civils and infrastructure industry
- Uploading to and utilising our internal database, ensuring all records are up to date at all times
- Liaising with suppliers to book courses such as e-learning, medicals and PTS cards
- Keeping our internal planner up to date to ensure fatigue management for all sponsored and sub-sponsored individuals
- Working in accordance with RISQS and ISO 9001 guidelines
- Use of Sentinel database to upload new primary sponsors, request sub-sponsors, approve sub-sponsor requests and request TVP’s for individuals without a PTS
- Collating timesheets on a weekly basis, ensuring these are approved and ready for processing
- Formatting of CVs in company format
- During quiet periods, must be able to be flexible to help across the business where needed

Person Specification:

- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Competent user of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Forward-thinker with a good initiative
- Work well within a team
- Process driven
- Previous experience within coordinating / recruitment (desirable)

Working Hours:

- Monday to Thursday 8:30am-16:30pm. Friday 8:30am-16:00pm with 1 hour for lunch
- Weekend work will be required in line with business needs
