**Multi Trade Operative**

As a result of our success, we have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic** Multi Trade Operative **to work on our Social Housing programs within Birmingham, Wolverhampton & Walsall areas, most of the works will be Bathroom & Kitchen refits in tenanted & Void properties. Excellent rates for **Price Work** available for these contracts on an ongoing basis.

**Key Skilled required:**
- Previous experience working as a dedicated Multi Trade Operative with the ability to work on multiple workstreams
- Must be experienced in working in the Social Housing sector
- A Full UK driving license is essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Kitchen & Bathroom fitting: 2 years (preferred)
- Plumbing: 2 years (preferred)
- Joinery: 2 years (preferred)
- Plastering: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
